- Make it through our 3-step interview process. We hire less than 5 percent of applicants.
- Demonstrate mastery of the subject s/he teaches through testing.
- Graduate from Hammer U, our extensive training programs.
- Maintain at least a 95 percent satisfaction rating with students and parents.
We guarantee that you will not find a more dedicated and qualified team of tutors.

We employ a 4-step approach with all students:
- Evaluate the student through a Study Skills Evaluation
- Develop a Plan of Action
- Assign a Study Coach
- Assess effectiveness of coaching through ongoing assessments
